My view is that Cuomo would do worse than Biden in pretty much every state other than NY which Dems have locked up anyway.
Cuomo would be poison in the rust belt. SlowJoe at least would be considered respectable.
Dunno, all you need is a (D) and you already have a sizable portion of the vote.
He’s younger and getting more air-time through this.
