All non emergency surgeries and office appointments have been canceled one month out. They are doing rolling cancelations. They cancel one month out and a week before they re-cancel for another month. No visitors are allowed for the few remaining patients.
None of that occurs anyway at this Emergency Department. And at the hospitals and clinics, little of that activity would be occurring on a Saturday, except for visitors, who are indeed generally locked out.
