I’m so distraught over trying to evict a guy that is on an all bills paid lease & they shut down the courts & evictions till April 19 here in TX.
Tenant lost job we have no hope of recovering lost rent either and to top it off he’s onto our dilema and full of cheek.

We just about had him out and then the notice on courts freezing eviction cases came down and was echoed on local news
That sux beyond measure. I hope you’re a believer. God tells us ALL things work for good for those of us that love Him and are called according to His purpose. I’m trusting Him that this will work out for us.
I’ve had to deal with that. We ended up paying them to leave. Then the idiot had the nerve to list us as a reference!
Do you think you’d have much luck renting right now if it were open?
We used to rent houses and one particularly bad tenant finally just disappeared into the night after burning the place to the ground.
It was a lucky break for us, we took the ins money, cleaned up the lot and never rebuilt.
Yeah, it’s like landlords are somehow not American working people?!? Often struggling themselves to pay their mortgages and feed their own family.
