Don’t conflate the with-lockdown UK numbers with the run-amok numbers for the US.
Absolute numbers don’t matter. FluBros let this horror loose on the whole nation, now. You guys couldn’t just sit home for a few weeks.
With less than 1% of the nation exposed, CCP-19 daily deaths have surpassed flu in-season daily deaths, even using the highest CDC estimates.
And I don’t think it can be stopped with the limited containment effort in place - the restrictions you are so upset about are going to get much harsher and this thing will *still* humble the lowly flu.
If the death count from this stays to a 5 or low 6 digit number, no doubt you will all celebrate being “right”, ignoring the fact that it was because of the things you opposed. It will be in spite of you, not because you were right.
If, when, will, think. I call BS. When there are 30,000 Wuhan flu deaths in the US expect me to be as concerned as I am about the flu. How many more trillions do you want to see American families have pissed away over this? How many millions unemployed, how many thousands of permanently closed businesses, how many more trillions in debt, how much more of our constitution destroyed? But, but, the sick, feeble octogenarians...destroy the country and millions more families for the media/dem narrative you parrot.
