Biden was pretty goofy, odd and mentally challenged during his salad days.
I swear Obama selected him as Vice President because he acted as a “bullet proof vest.” Nobody was going to take out Barry in order to see plagiarist Joe succeed him. Obama wasn’t gaining much by locking down Delaware’s three electoral votes.
I think poseur BO also liked a Veep who made him look intelligent in comparison.
