How does a roll call vote delay it and by how much?
Time it takes for enough Congress critters to go physically to Washington to get a quorum.
It was going to pass by voice vote I assume, not requiring a quorum of members to be present. The roll call vote would require members to actually be present on the floor to physically vote.
Massie says there should be a recorded vote on “the biggest spending bill in history”.
He doesn’t think that the US Constitution is toilet paper.
But I guess the Inside the Beltway folks think it is since you can’t find it on the store shelf.....sarc.
Delays it because they have to put their name on it, I guess.
