The Congress shouldn’t have been out of town anyway....the Senate stayed, at risk to 4 members that have had to quarantine....the chicken fecal deposits of the congress should be in town for this emergency crises and stay in town!!!

I concur, vote and be counted. The rep from Kentucky is standing on firm constitutional rock. The constitution should not be voided or ignored for expediency. Congress critters should be in DC, “doing the work of the people.”
