Care to speculate about WHY everyplace else in the world experienced the SAME EXACT thing if they didn't take any steps for it NOT to happen?

weird question. can you prove that something actually happened on every single place on earth unless they prevented it from happening? further, can you actually prove that the steps that were taken to keep it from happening was the exclusive reason that what didnt happen? how can we even be sure that what happened really happened, or that what didnt happen truly failed to happen?
