The USSC has reversed only 10 decisions ever. The last in 1990.
The only other way the USSC is circumvented from a ruling is by an amendment to the constitution.
It's as settled as settled can be.
So you think the SC legislating from the bench to make abortion rights the law of the land is ok?
Unconstitutional.
Judges do not make law.
