Well well WELL well well. N95 masks don’t store well forever anyway, must be used and restocked, the elastic degrades.

That would have been indicated. And they can still be used. Our medical community has been desperate.

It takes one machine and one operator to attach new elastic, probably to the tune of 10,000 an hour.
