In a secret speech given to high-level Communist Party cadres nearly two decades ago, Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian explained a long-range plan for ensuring a Chinese national renaissance.

He said there were three vital issues that must be grasped. The first was the issue of living space—because China is severely overpopulated and China’s environment is deteriorating. The second issue, therefore, was that the Communist Party must teach the Chinese people to “go out.” By this, Chi meant the conquest of new lands, in which a “second China” could be built by “colonization.” From this, arose the third vital issue: the “issue of America.”

Chi warned his listeners: “This appears to be shocking, but the logic is actually very simple. … [China is] in fundamental conflict with the Western strategic interest.” Therefore, the United States would never allow China to seize other countries to build a second China. The United States stands in China’s way.

I didn't find this posted anywhere else, it is not a new article, but it is totally pertinent given the world pandemic and possible assymetric war we possibly are in now. The Chinese virus may be a weapon, first bred into the Chinese citizens in Wuhan, then sent out to the world with 5-7 million Chinese Nationals leaving for points E and W just after the events were triggered.

Not being serious here, just humoring you, but what makes you think it failed? Maybe it’s just phase 1, intended to introduce a medical susceptibility (or a precondition) into the population. Phase 2 or 3 could be where the real whammy happens.

The CCP has no problem sacrificing millions of their own citizen’s lives for whatever reason.

Heck, the CCP would murder millions of their own citizens just on a dare to prove they could.

CCP has some desperate issues that they want everyone distracted from.

The Chinese economy is on the ropes.
Hong Kong.
Taiwan.
A growing demographic that isn’t all that friendly to the CCP and too emotionally/psychologically invested in “the west”.
Muslim rebellion in its western provinces and mass incarceration in concentration camps and population replacement programs in progress.

For all we know at this time, the release of the manufactured virus in China by China may well have been just the latest “Great Leap Forward!”.

China has an inverted pyramid population. Lots of old people relative few young people resulting from 1 child policy.

In 2100 China’s population is projected to fall by ~400M and be just under 1B.

India,on the other hand, is projected to grow by ~400M to 1.5B.

The only country with big enough population is China, and this the fist time in history that it has that big a population.

There’s only one place possible for the colonialization of a second China. And, that would be Australia. Being over ninety percent live within one hundred miles of the Pacific coast crescent the country is basically unpopulated all the way to the west coast and northward. But, the US and Aussie have been tight allies since WWII thus the US will have Australia’s back if China should try anything. The only way a China could pull it off would be through Gradualism. Gradually, sending Chinese to settle in remote west and north Australia. But, this would take several generations to pull off if ever.
