“thus-far voluntary”
Well, here in Illinois is not supposed to be voluntary, they told us the “police may enforce” the stay home order. However, since they exempted all the “essential industries”, how are the police supposed to know if you are violating the order or just going to work in your essential job? Are they going to stop everyone and demand a note from your employer?
Nope, the police just don’t care, unless they see a bunch of young uns drinking in the park or something.
If stopped, just tell ‘em you work for planned parenthood ... they wouldn’t dare touch you! (I mean, after all, many of the state and city petty tyrants have included that big business in the “exempt” category with the justification that it’s “essential to public health.”) Go figure.
