if one really wanted hurt the Chinese for covid-19, one might consider rendering quick default judgments against PRC foreigners’ real estate holdings and bank accounts. This would hurt mostly the PRC investor class, which is the same as the PRC communist party honchos. It would also generate a large amount of cash. Anything held in trust by their kids, confiscate all of that too, and let them appeal it in court.
And the holding US companies have in China would be left alone by the ChiComs ?
