I have a hard time imagining that this was made up. I’m not in medicine and have no knowledge other than what I read, but his post sure does seem to be genuine and from the front-lines.

Beyond that, I think it's really bad form for a doctor to post anonymously on the internet, claiming that a medicine doesn't work.
