Banning any of Trump’s businesses from taking advantage of aid generally available to other businesses smacks of an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder to me. It will not stand even cursory examination in the courts if the companies so discriminated against sue, and they are independent companies that are just owned by Trump and his family. Why should HIS employees suffer because Democrats are butt hurt?
The main thing i want to know is there a provision for stopping the money from gong out IF this turns out to be far less worse than we thought.
