Of the three Burr probably didn't technically do anything illegal, unlike Gillum and Omar. "Not illegal" doesn't mean you're not a scumbag though.

I don’t get what why Burr selling his stocks makes him a scumbag. Plenty of other people were doing that at the same time as he was.
