So when you’re arrested do you end up in a holding cell with 10+ people?
Presumably your local store or pot club or liquor or pharmacy or dry cleaners or hardware can have more them ten people in it. THAT’s ok.
I’d have church anyway but do open air with people standing or sitting six feet apart in family groups.
