Prince Charles has tested positive for coronavirus.
Clarence House confirmed that the 71-year-old royal had been diagnosed with the COVID-19 disease in a statement released this morning.
The heir to the throne is said to have displayed "mild symptoms" but "otherwise remains in good health", and has been self-isolating in Scotland with the Duchess of Cornwall - who has tested negative for coronavirus.

Thanks. It was a shock to our small community. Her daughters are great girls - responsible & beautiful. The worst part was going through many years of "Mother's Day" and it hurt really bad. It still hurts for the girls, but they are older and more mature. They were so little back then. Best!

Interesting that Prince Albert of Monaco and the Archduke of Austria Karl von Habsburg also tested positive. I don’t think any of them is in any health danger due to their ages and general health.
Prince Philip, on the other hand, was just in hospital. At almost 99 years old, he’s high-risk and so is the Queen. Not good news for them that they were exposed, but I guess it was inevitable that they would be.
