I can’t imagine any doctor following this order, it would be malpractice.

Too bad the political-minority, in so many places, must suffer the fools within their electorate.
I would love to see him send in the local police to arrest doctors at the hospital after they prescribe the now illegal Drug combination to treat patients with the coronavirus. Sorry Grandma died from a preventable death because a bunch of our doctors were in county jail for prescribing FDA approved medication.
