No new deal-just set an executive order cancelling employee/employer tax until 2021!!! That spells RELIEF without the politicians sticking their grubby fingers in our money!!!
There will need to be some significant “bridging”, amd it will be expensive, but tax suspension is absolutely one of the best, most beneficial things which could happen, period!
That and unfreezing the economy, of course!
