Charlie Parker was a jazz musician known as “Bird” Parker. Is the Governor known as “Bird” Baker?

Not that I know of. He was recently flipped the bird, though, by the state GOP. He lost control of it to pro-Trump forces and won't even be a delegate to the national convention.
