During yesterday’s presser Dr Birx clearly stated that based on the CDC data for the US the mortality rate is ~0.6-0.7% without even calculating in the asymptomatic cases. She stated that the asymptomatic cases are also the biggest group thus the true mortality rate is much lower than ~0.6-0.7%.
Did anyone follow up on that? Probably not given the lack of any TrumpGotcha content such a follow up should have.
