It just raises the question...

If they’re so obviously cooking the books with that data.

What ELSE are they cooking the books wrt?

The Powers That Be have been exaggerating flu statistics for years in order to push vaccinations.

People are now dying of COVID-19 pneumonia. Should the CDC count those deaths as from the flu?

This is what happens when the CDC exaggerates the numbers. We’re all led to believe that tens of thousands of Americans are dying from the flu every year.

So, of course, given those inflated numbers, people question whether COVID-19 is really so deadly.

The CDC is to blame for the confusion.

Try reading this article, less than 1 in 1,000 need hospitalization. New Oxford study. The Imperial College study is wrong.

Long story short, a new Oxford study out today says the Imperial College Model is wrong, fewer than 1 in 1000 that get COVID-19 need hospitalization due to mass and that there are far more mild/assymptomatic cases than previously thought, and up to 50% of the population has already had this, which means we got about 2, maybe 3 weeks left before it dies out on its own.

The idea that this virus already was spreading is believable. Without a doubt, many more people have it than is known.

Then again, Italy and Spain are overwhelmed. Even if the percentage of hospitalizations is small, this virus is still severe.

But, I hope it really is reaching an end soon...

Italy has 1/4 # of beds per capita as we do and a much bigger backlog before hand. Spain similar, and both are much older than the US

Germany has a higher average age than Italy. But, sure, there are many different factors to explain what’s happening in Italy and Spain right now.

However, what’s happening in those countries now doesn’t happen during the regular flu season. This new virus is overwhelming them.

Soon a vaccine will be available. Doctors are figuring out which medicines work. This won’t go on forever.

Hah! You can believe a vaccine is coming all you want. Still waiting on one for AIDS, SARS, H1N1 etc.

I think there are vaccines for H1N1 and SARS.

At least, that’s what I’m reading. I don’t think I’ve ever had a flu vaccine myself.

Correction to my own post:

based on the CDC’s inflated numbers for the flu, the flu death rate for age 65+ is currently 170.3 out of 100,000, which would be less than 0.2%. Correct?

Actually, that is not correct. That is the HOSPITALIZATION rate, not the death rate which must be even lower!!!!
