Trucking didn't price themselves out. They just didn't equip themselves to handle loads that are lesser in gross weight. Nature abhors a vacuum.
And don't get me started on hot shot drivers. The hot shots are truckers that still want to keep smoking marijuana. They have to abide by DOT regs....but they don't get tested.
I have no problem with what you said. I merely wanted to raise a separate side issue that IS raising its ugly face; driverless trucks that WILL KILL PEOPLE.
Most of these assholes making comments have never had to shut down on Elk Mountain to chain up or tried to pull Donor pass in the winter. Let them wipe their butt with leaves or their junk mail. There Ain’t No Easy Run.
