Italy has more than 300,000 legal Chinese working in their textile, leather goods and shoe industries. Chinese interests have bought up many of these industries.
Many of them are from Wuhan and went back there for Chinese New Year, then returned to Italy. There are direct flights from northern Italy to Wuhan.

I am not generally in favor of stimulus bills. However, if they are issued, they should have strings preventing misuse. Auto makers got stimulus and screwed stockholders in favor of bond holders. That should have been prevented in exchange for the save.
Trump however is saying, we have the largest of two worldwide airline makers here in the US. Should we have them sounder and running good in a matter of weeks or months or should we give up that national resource and capacity for decades when we can do something about it? Good question despite my general disfavor of such.
