Chinese Authorities Underreporting New Infections in Epicenter of Wuhan: Leaked Documents

The Chinese regime has maintained that there have been no new domestic infections of the CCP virus in the entire country since March 18.

Local authorities say that the epidemic has leveled off, as they ease travel restrictions and allow people to return to work.

But the situation in the ground zero of China’s epidemic, the city of Wuhan, is much worse than what has been officially reported, according to a series of internal government documents obtained by The Epoch Times.

The Epoch Times refers to the novel coronavirus, which causes the disease COVID-19, as the CCP virus because the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) coverup and mismanagement allowed the virus to spread throughout China and create a global pandemic.

The documents include four reports from the Wuhan health commission, which were statistical data sheets about diagnostic test results in the city on March 14.

The data showed that there were 91 newly diagnosed patients in Wuhan on March 14. China’s National Health Commission only reported 4 cases for that date.

Meanwhile, two residential compounds in Wuhan posted notices to alert their residents that there were people living there who were diagnosed with the CCP virus on March 19—another indication that the Chinese regime is concealing the epidemic’s true scale.

So if they are lying, and this report is correct, that is 91 new cases on that day. I thought they were supposed to be in the millions-of-new-cases-per-day stage.

They are still getting cases daily, but none for three days are local infections. People coming from abroad, caught in airports. Wuhan seems to have 0 cases -- no international airport. The main source of new infections is the UK (?!).

As for Epoch times -- LOL. I'd trust CNN or New York Times more ... (no, I do not watch/read them.)

Ah, yes, but my point was the chicken littles here have been screaming that China is lying. Now we have Epoch Times, who has no love for China and would do everything they can to make China look bad, and the “worst” they can do is 91 new cases.

If Epoch Times was lying, you’d think they would have come up with a larger number, like in the thousands.

My conclusion - not sure, but it would seem to me the real number is somewhere between China’s claimed zero and Epoch Times’ claimed 91.

But even if it is 91, or even 9,100, I would consider that very good news.

No argument with you, I totally agree. Besides, WHO is checking on the Chinese all the time, to believe Epoch crap you also have to believe that China owns WHO.

They were designing it to be used on Taiwan. They wanted to incapacitate those on Taiwan to make it easier for when they invade. Awfully hard to put up a fight against an invasion when you feel like crap with flu like symptoms. China wants to take back Taiwan in one piece if all possible. Killing everyone, and bombing the island back to the 19th century is counterproductive to their plans.

This bug got out before a vaccine was ready for the military and CCP leadership. That’s why they went nuts trying to quarantine Wuhan the way they did. Some reports claimed the military was shooting people in the streets who were defying the quarantine.

That also explains the massive disinformation campaign to shift blame away from them

I agree with you. The Virus HAS ran its course in China. The other thing is this — you cannot fake the fact that the makeshift hospitals that they built in Wuhan have ran out of customers.

Plus, WHO, no matter how bureaucratic they are, cannot continue to participate in a lie. If the cases are still accelerating and China is saying the opposite, the WHO will find out.

There might not be zero cases, but things are under better control. The curve has flattened and is probably reaching the downward end of the Bell Curve.

There was a live feed of several cameras in Wuhan on YouTube but it looks like the censors killed the feed again. All you saw was a few cars driving around during what should have been busy times and guys walking around the outside of the hospital in Tyvek suits.

We don’t know that it was finished nor if it was intentional. A biological weapon isn’t necessarily designed to kill everyone nor is it necessarily to do so immediately.

They could be designed for different purposes. For example this one isnt killing everyone. If you intended to take over a country it would be far better to have them use all of their resources first so they couldn’t fight as well. When you moved in you wouldn’t want everyone dead if you needed taxpayers or outright slaves. You wouldn’t even necessarily want everyone to live, just those capable of working so it would be better for you if bums, the elderly, and maybe many children were to die.

Then again you could design them for other roles. What if you had control of a virus that just made everyone fall asleep for a couple of days. One so fatiguing that all the patient can do is wake long enough to urinate before passing back out. Doesn’t seem all that useful unless your intent was to pacify the aggressive population of an area while you moved in. For example, what if I wanted to invade the US but keep all of the population alive? Americans shoot back if actively confronted and reassembling a unit dropped in would be difficult if even a few farmers started shooting back. What if they all fell asleep for a few days and when they woke up I was already in charge of the area with an established foothold and assembled troops? They might just decide that there was no chance of fighting back and go back to farming which is what I would want as an invader.

Such viruses do exist, we had one similar pass through here not too long ago. I doubt that it would take much for those that know such things to make it last a day or two longer and make the target sleep more deeply. I might like to have something like that in my arsenal provided I had a way of inoculating my own troops.

The events develop now so rapidly that it would become very clear what is happening.

The number of novel coronavirus patients in Wuhan, the epicenter of China’s virus outbreak, was manipulated in time for President Xi Jinping’s visit last week, a local doctor told Kyodo News Thursday.

A number of symptomatic patients were abruptly released from quarantine early while a portion of testing was suspended, the doctor said.
