Well, to tell the truth not sure which one of the thousand tick bites I had caused it.
My moniker comes from when down on lease land where my dad and uncle had steers. I would spend my summer "vacations" as a teenager burning cactus for those bovine hides.
Well, I had an old lady check up on me once a week and she found this tick that was embedded behind my ear. Heck, I did not know it because my ears were all sunburned and charred from running a cactus burner.
Well, my uncle found out about it and there ya go, Eatick up until the day he died.
