Fauci was conspicuously absent in today’s briefing. The President was very careful not to expound on any possible disagreement they may have had. And contrary to other posters hereon, Fauci and the President did display in two different pressers their differences on this topic. After the last disagreement on Friday, Trump tweeted the drug combination would be permitted for compassionate use. In Saturday’s presser, Fauci had a frown on his face up until he was asked to speak, and the topic about the drug therapy never came up. On Sunday, he was a no-show. I suspect something awry.
1) Fauci used his agency to shit hard on PQL-AZT under the guise of wanting a phase II/III trial before releasing the treatment -- not possible in a 100-year pandemic. So ask yourself why?
