He has outroght made proposals to Congress that Trump has himself said he didn’t favor, so it sure looks like Trump can’t touch Barr, which unfortunately would fit with the rumors when Barr was picked after Poppy’s death that he was the Bushes’ man put in to enforce their truce with Trump.
