Re-purpose BATF to protect 2nd Amendment. Politicians trying to infringe the Bill of Rights should be arrested and tried. Let them prove their proposed law is Constitutional and not have citizens go to court to prove their innocence.
That is not going to happen. The purpose of the BATF is to persecute and prosecute the 2ND Amendment until it is null and void. The gun control actions will be at the State level. One will become an enemy of the State simply for the act of owning a firearm.
