This is what they have done from day one, attempt to diminish and override the Presidents authority, to neutralize him. So why not trot Joe Biden out and let him give daily Presidential briefings. He has no authority, he was not elected by the people, and has no means to enact any of his crazy bull$hit, except to disrupt the country more than it already is.
