About to be a lot of vacancies on all courts.
Time for congress to recess for the virus, and then Trump could make some recess appointments.
RBG is prolly rolling around the Supreme Court building in one of those hamster balls to protect her from the virus!
Recess appointments are never a good idea for judges. Their commissions would last only till the end of the current congress.
Better to take the time and effort to get permanent confirmations.
