This medicine is also preventative. (If it can halt an infection, it can prevent one from happening in the first place.) Look on line for maps which show where people have been dying of malaria and where they have been dying of COVID-19. The regions are almost perfectly complementary. The hypothesis is that in those places where malaria is rampant, people are routinely dosed with antimalarials, especially including chloroquine, and this greatly impedes infection by the coronavirus.
Interesting... hopefully so.
Tony Fauci was back on the MSM tonight spewing the same line that its anecdotal. The French physician ran a small trial which indicated efficacy. Its also been used by the Koreans.
If Fauci wants to run months long double blind trials, thats great. Im sure it will come with a great cost. The same goes for vaccine development, hes been touting the line , 18 months if we are lucky.
I respect the guys knowledge, Im wondering if we need someone a little more assertive that can inspire confidence. Not a sunshine pumper, but someone that wont discount every idea.
Thanks for posting the above and it is certainly worth repeating. I have looked at those 2 maps and you are spot on with your comment. I believe Trump understands that and so does Dr. Fauci.
Unfortunately Fauci is no Trump. Too much the bureaucrat. Too much by the book. Too little since of urgency. Too little understanding of the cost of delay, both economic and death count..
