Really it was Obama's State Department so he is responsible and subject to being charged. Now if there was some agreement to immunize Hillary reached at the Tarmac meeting between Slick Willy and Lynch then the Slickster should also be charged. Wouldn't that be sweet? Unlikely, but I can dream.
