I have to imagine the penalties for this type of behavior are much more harsh in China than the United States.

Poor decision by Ms Li.


Something is up with this story. She didn’t inform Biogen that she was traveling to China. She all of sudden left in a hurry to country she hasn’t lived in for years.

Another thing, this article states that “Belmont native Jie Li”, but then it suggests she is a Chinese citizen. Is she an American citizen or a Chinese citizen?
