This is a global crisis. We should see more rallying behind the president as in past administrations. Be supportive or at least constructive.
I rarely watch TV news but I have seen a few recent press conferences with the president or the task force. Scientists, business people, government leaders at the ready to answer questions, and all the US “journalists” do is pepper Trump with the same “gotcha” questions over and over like isn’t “China virus racist” and “don’t you feel selfish not getting tested?”
Today’s “news” media are indeed enemies of our country.
Trump is doing a great job. Can’t imagine slow Joe handling it without massive media intervention.
President Trump referenced a malaria drug, hydroxychloroquine, probably the only drug I do not have in my medicine cabinent that has been available world wide for 50 years. The drug is owned by Bayer which is a German company. So far there have been 14,544 Wuhan virus infections in Germany. There has been 43 deaths. The German death rate is .2% whereas world death rate is 3.5%. Might be that the FDA will permit its use to treat Wuhan Virus here also. Bayer sent some three million tablets to CDC to use here.
