Some in power are using the “emergency” of the China virus to ban gun/ammo sales and to confiscate private property.
I don’t know about other states but Meuser has shown himself to be quite expert in California law and is essentially urging damaged businesses owners to contact him for a lawsuit.

Not a Newsome fan by any means, desperate times call for desperate measures. As the new vaccines become available then this will fade as well as weather changes
Not happy about the restrictions at all, we have free will and this is a follow on to a plan to break us down by the Deep State will reveal the inefficiency of Big Government and fixing things as well as waiting for Congress to do something when they are too busy trying to take over the country and sell us out
I am confident at the end of the day this will work out and they will lose in more ways than you can possibly imagine
The constitution isn’t a suicide pact
As long as “shelter in place” isn’t a permanent policy, I don’t see it as a violation
Instead of “suing” everybody for everything, we have a remedy that works better, vote them out.

They have been planning for this for a long time, decades, and we are all just cannon fodder that are to be used to take us over.
Here is something we should start to ponder
How would you think the Constitution would look like today? If it was newly written today with the presence of modern technology and warfare.
I am not saying I don’t like Constitution, but lets say it was written today, how different do you think it would look?
Would modern founding fathers allow us to have machine guns?
Would biowarfare/lethal pathogens have its own section?
Would land use/zoning be defined?
How about privacy regarding emails, text messages, telephone calls, hospitals?
Would we have a section about automobiles and driving?
How about abortion?
Illegal immigration and border walls/security?
Welfare, government housing, medicare/medicaid, social security, etc?
Slavery? Minimum wage? Unemployment?
Think about what it would look like if it was written today.
I don’t think it would be possible to write such a great document today and still call it a great document. Technology creates problems in tons of areas that the founding fathers never dreamed of.
I want to expand on this thought but it is getting late so I will leave it here

Quarantine laws predate our nation and have been used quite effectively in the past.

I can understand some of the business restrictions but especially in NoCal some of the rules are going way overboard. The restrictions are generally greater in libtard areas I think at least in part because they love to flex their power over there.
“Shelter in Place” is kind of over-rated, at least the one imposed on FR HQ....you are allowed to go out for shopping, walking the dog, hiking, biking or jogging, etc.
