This is very odd. “Shelter in place” for the whole county when there are no Wuflu cases in the county?

“There are no confirmed cases in the county as of Tuesday, according to county data.

Across Colorado, there are 216 confirmed cases of the virus, according to the state’s data.”

....“There are no confirmed cases in the county as of Tuesday”...

Well I suspect the shelter-in-place order is to keep it that way.

And 2 deaths attributed to the virus. So in a state with 5 million people, the chance that someone you encounter has CV is about 0.002%, in other words, fat chance. Either that, or there are a lot of undetected cases, and the death rate is much lower than 1%. Which is it?
