Do you actually understand the Constitution? Among others, as has been pointed out, the right peacefully to assemble is being shut down, as is our freedom of worship, and other freedoms.
Large segments of the country are under effective house arrest for not doing anything, but to prevent them from potentially, maybe, having a chance to do something inadvertently. I'm sorry, but in a free society, you don't get to do mass preventive detention.
Now, I know it's not mandatory -- yet. But with so manythings being shut down (which is mandatory), how long is it? And it's effectively so now anyway.

I get the economic consequences of a liquidity lockup a whole lot better than you do and have a lot of sympathy for those who are losing from this,
But you are fool. This isn't happening because of irrational "panic" [that's the toilet paper fiasco] but because of prudent action to avert a global pandemic. And you are whining about your Constitooshunal rights and right to go around spreading deadly diseases.
