Why are most all government meetings, announcements, etc ALWAYS late????
If we citizens are late for something, they either cancel or go on to something else...
I’m starting to think Trump deliberately stalls until the start of the Limbaugh show to get the audience numbers up.
Because they have to make sure all the media and significant people are ready and present.
