Rep. Ilhan Omar drew a torrent of negative responses on social media Thursday after she reacted to a pro-family Twitter post by Ivanka Trump.
The president’s daughter’s post called for families to make the best of their time at home together during the coronavirus outbreak, suggesting they have a “living room camp out” along with sandwiches and other treats.
“A fun activity that also brings family together for a meal!” the 38-year-old Trump wrote. The post included a past photo of Trump with two of her and husband Jared Kushner’s three children.

She’s just jealous she doesn’t have a loving, family relationship.

Where are Omar’s children?
Are they with husband # 1 & #3?
Husband # 2 was her brother and he’s in England now.
Husband #4 is her white campaign guru and probably wants nothing to do with them.
My kids and grandchildren are doing similar family activities while cooped up inside.
I play in a cover band (my gigs are cancelled) so I lent my audio equipment to my son, who has five kids under the age of twelve (four adopted). He says they are enjoying “wild dance parties” two or three times a day to burn off energy. He sends me videos so my wife and I get entertained as well!

She could have posted her professional “I’m a great mom” photo without going the extra bit of lecturing us all on how to be as good a great mom as her. That’s where she couldn’t help herself.
I’m in New England and we all put up with Gisele doing the same thing for the last decade, because her husband was the GOAT.

So, she’s a “somali community leader!” No she isn’t! She hates this country and wants to turn it into a m*slim $hithole.
Don’t get me wrong, I would never go on FB, Twitter, or YouTube and offer tips on how to be a better person. And I find it annoying when others do.
So I sympathize with your reaction in a generic sense - if you had made a complaint about people doing that in general, I would have agreed.
I guess I’m defending Ivanka’s tweet because I feel she’s being singled out for criticism because she’s a Trump - and I’m super fed up with that..
We couldn’t have hoped for a more decent President and First Family, and yet they get no love or respect. It’s shameful.
But yeah, I hear what you’re saying - in general.

I’m not sniping at the first family. Maybe you need to be told how to live life and get advice from random people how to treat your family or something, I don’t understand crap like that. Maybe it’s a woman thing and I ain’t one.

If you had criticized advice-giving busybodies in general, I would have readily agreed.
Ivanka is obviously getting singled out for criticism because she is a Trump. I’m fed up with the Trumps getting trashed right and left - they not perfect but they are decent folk and don’t deserve the constant contempt being heaped upon them.
If you didn’t mean to single out Ivanka, and were directing your criticism toward the billions of annoying busy bodies who can’t stop offering unsolicited advice to the feast of us, then we have no disagreement at all.
Where is the Islamic whore’s children?
