This hasn’t even been going on all that long, and I already feel like going outside is like taking an dangerous walk with an invisible enemy. It’s really quite frightening.

The anxiety and stress caused by the insanity of the way information, true or false, is being distributed is real and cannot be beneficial.

Well, it's no wonder. Had no problems going about our usual days right up until this weekend.
Then - WHAMMO - the increase in cases, the panic buying, the stock market crash, the closing down of everything, the media hype, etc.
You can't get away from it.
