Many customers at Trader Joes have reusable cloth grocery bags.
When I explained the problem to the clerk, he tried to mitigate the issue, People can wash them. I explained, No one does. He returns it in his trunk as is for next time.
I wanted to point out that he handles all these filthy bags, some which could be contaminated with COVID-19. Now *my* items which he touched to place in the single use paper bag are now contaminated.
People need to sanitize recently purchased items. A lot of potentially disease carrying hands have touch them...
See how this gets out of hand in unsuspecting ways?
No Doubt. BTW, Your debit/c card thingy?
Well..enter your pin please!....
I don’t worry about it. It is not profitable to worry. I don’t mingle but never did much. I have been virus free for 14 years and expect to stay that way no matter who I bump into. I will keep working even if/when the shipyard where I work shuts down for the duration. I am a security guard and such will be required in greater numbers once the management and employees are all gone. Daughter who works for the shipyard has already got a weekend job as a security guard that will immediately become full time++ when/if the yard closes.
Mark Steyn on Rush Limbaugh today was describing the typical liberal woman with the 2003 Charlie Rose PBS tote bag.
