Former VPs and their families get Secret Service protection for six months after leaving office. The Secretary of Homeland Security can extend that.
It's surprising that Biden hasn't been getting protection by now. I think he's fit the criteria since at least Super Tuesday. Maybe he just forgot to ask.

The first Irish were pre-Celtic, yes (the Tuatha de Danann, who have been surmised by various sources to be the Israelite Tribe of Dan; their earlier name “Tuatha Dé” actually means “Tribe of God”, which seems to link to that theory). That’s been known for ages. That link you gave me is indeed about the early Irish.

Dublin and more were Scandinavian towns. Not Celts.
The Normans weren’t Celts.
The Celts were all over Europe. From Marseille to Latvia. So we are all Celts.

That of course does not mean that no Irish were Celts and the Celtic religious system was never there. The language known as “Irish” today is Celtic just as Scottish Gaelic (very similar) is.
BTW, Norman language traits were influenced by French, from the land the Romans called Gaul (e.g. the “Fitz-” prefix in family names meaning “son of”, cognate with modern French fils and meaning the same as Irish “mac”; also “garsún” for a boy, cf. modern French garçon). The Normans were themselves Norsemen (Scandinavian) originally.
