All you have to do for workers is increase there unemployment check for the month or two til this is over......as long as it is a virus related layoff.
The system is already in place..why give a grand to someone who is working
Better to raise wages on people who are working, and encourage younger people to fill the slots, as the risk/reward is better. Home delivery is already a thing in urban areas Grub/Amazon for things near and far.
