In an apparent attempt to guard the health of their citizens, the San Francisco mayor and 7 counties have imposed a quarantine. My opinion, is there is more than meets the eye on this.

The Bay Area has a huge population of persons with compromised immune systems: Gays, homeless, and illegal aliens. The politicians are so scared that their politically correct groups will be decimated, that they would rather punish 7 MILLION people rather than crack down on the unwise lifestyles of some of their residents, and the criminal presence of thousands of illegal aliens. Proving that it is much easier to intimidate the law abiding citizens than to control those who flip the bird to the law.
