The answer is no. No they haven’t. Not even close. They have NO idea how many people have, or have had Wuhan-19. It literally could be in the millions who have had it which would make it far LESS deadly than influenza.

However, we have decades of data...and modeling, to help estimate the numbers infected, and killed by, influenza.
We have no such thing for Wuhan-19. Any talk of how "deadly" it is compared to influenza is pure speculation wrapped in guestimates and often times seeded by political agenda.
Recorded # deaths / ??? infected is not a real number. It's not even an estimate.
