Trump 'strongly considering' full pardon for Flynn
The Hill ^ | 03 15 2020 | Justine Coleman

Posted on 03/15/2020 12:11:53 PM PDT by yesthatjallen

President Trump said Sunday that he is “strongly considering” a full pardon for his former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

“So now it is reported that, after destroying his life & the life of his wonderful family (and many others also), the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has ‘lost’ the records of General Michael Flynn,” he tweeted.

“How convenient. I am strongly considering a Full Pardon!” he added.

Flynn pleaded guilty in December 2017 for lying to the FBI about his communications with the Russian ambassador.

The renew FISA push by Barr may have been because he’s been using FISA going the other direction. Maybe. Maybe not.

But it doesn’t matter. He needs to find other ways to perform surveillance on foreign operatives with US connections without implicating the President.

POTUS cannot be seen facilitating surveillance on foreign actors that are joined at the hip with bad US actors especially if the US actors are connected to powerful Democrats.

The problem is both a foreign and US problem intertwined together.

Barr’s reaction was to keep the status quo but that means POTUS takes a hit for not doing something about the criminal wrongdoing inside government.

In other words, Barr is incapable of thinking outside the box, he’s not smart and he’s unwilling to grab criminal DOJ/FBI persons and throw the book at them. He’s incapable of planning a strategy that both prosecutes criminal wrongdoing inside DOJ/FBI AND at the same time keep surveillance on foreigh/domestic conspirators via FISA warrants.

In other words again, Barr is losing the battle, he’s losing the war. He’s not a winning general. We don’t know his strategy and we should not know his strategy but we see the outcomes and the outcomes show he’s a loser.

Barr may also have been responding to deep state attorneys that wanted to have FISA remain the way they’re used to having it.

Deep State Attorney:
“Attorney General Sir, we need to continue our surveillance of X with Y and Z under FISA warrant 19-ABC-123. Our investigation will come to a standstill if we don’t have permission to continue.”

Barr:
“I’ll see what can be done.”

Barr to Press:
“I support a clean FISA reauthorization bill.”

The above scenario would point to Barr as incompetent and having poor communication with POTUS which I suspect might be the case.

POTUS in the last two weeks remarked publicly words to the effect “we have witnessed a double standard, a two-tiered system of justice, an abuse of the FISA court to favor those in the deep state. DO YOU HEAR THAT BILL?”

POTUS actually asked “DO YOU HEAR THAT BILL?” in the remark.

Told me much of what I needed to confirm suspicions.

POTUS also now uses “Deep State” without reservation. Last year he was opposed to using it because he said it sounded too conspiratorial.

As incompetent as the FBI is, they do not lose investigative material. It is their last resort,

It's actually a felony. Just fire their butts. Every Single One of Them who had even a finger in this.

If he does, Trump should hold a press conference where he describes in detail all the events that led the conviction of Flynn and he should also name names.
...................................................
Well and truly said, and every word of it. And he should invite Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, to take the mic and explain in detail everything she has learned about the Deep State criminals’ assault on the General.

Uh, Barr, cleanup on aisle 6. And this time we want to see some heads. No delete that. A lot of heads. To show you care.
..............................................
I fail to see how Barr has handled his responsibilities as AG any differently than did the Alabama Weasel! Puppet of the Deep State cabal. Notice that Joe de Genova, his wife, and other Barr cheerleaders who were guests on Fox every night touting his virtues have all quietly disappeared. Wonder why.

Flynn will be Ok and he will be restored. I am convinced. He’s tough as nails and off-the-scale smart.

Some might ask if he’s so smart, how did he get in so much trouble?

Answer: Hillary Clinton.

Flynn was building the case on Fethullah ‘Feta’ Gulen, an international narcotics gangster that is responsible for untold horrors on American vets in VA hospitals. If you knew, you might very well go apesh*t full vigilante, say bye to the family, load the car with every weapon you could get your hands on and proceed to hunt this scumbag down even if it meant your life.

Feta has $40B in Malaysian bank accounts with a $2B subaccount for The Witch.

Feta was conducting a Muslim Brotherhood coup operation against Erdogan in Turkey and failed. Erdogan went after him but The Witch was able to bring him safely to the US. This was before Trump was elected.

Flynn was directing the intel and surveillance on Gulen.

You can see where the clash happened.

If it were possible, Barr should be shown the door and Sidney Powell should be AG. She has nerves of steel, able to face down mobsters, more courage in her pinky than all the brass at both DOJ and FBI combined.

The completely partisan agency has no chance of changing.

You can’t be serious! Hannity swears at least once a week that 99% of the FBI’s agents and other employees are bedrock patriots and are in no way involved with the crimes of the Deep State! /s

> “General Flynn is a national hero”

Yes. And he worked with another hero that is now cooperating with the administration, Admiral Mike Rogers.

Admiral Rogers and his family have suffered greatly, as much as General Flynn and his family.

Admiral Rogers and General Flynn worked together on the new cyberwarrior force development.

As a result of their cyber investigations and research, they found things that revealed treason inside the US Government and they have been suffering ever since.

I don’t think Trump should pardon Flynn.

For Flynn to accept the pardon would mean Flynn accepts the crime he’s been charged with.

Make the FBI admit under oath in court that the dog ate their homework.

Make the FBI name EVERYONE in the chain of custody under oath.

Strip EVERYONE in that chain of custody of their Sovereign Immunity protections.

Make Flynn whole by making everyone who maliciously and deliberately persecuted him whether they are in the named chain of custody or in any way active in that persecution by other acts, financially and personally responsible for every penny in damages they caused him, plus whatever penalties the Court may see fit to impose (Treble damages? More?)

We will never be a truly FRee people so long as we have the income tax and the IRS!

The issue is FReedom!

And, that is why we are FReepers! We believe in a FRee Republic!

The Marxist inspired progressive income tax and the IRS are the antithesis of FReedom and Liberty!

That is why we will never be a truly FRee people so long as we have the income tax and the IRS!

Flynn lost his home and most of his money. That much will likely never be restored.

No one is dumb enough to lose records while a criminal or civil action is not settled.

Wray should have his sorry ass kicked out of the FBI and in fact banned from ever holding another government job.

Because either it is a lie that the records were lost or it is another willful destruction of documents.

I went through a vicious and horrible audit 1995-1997. They forced me to pay a fine and then they lost all of my paperwork. Hideous.
