More reliance on American manufacturing to deliver stuff to Americans, and less reliance on people who don't like us to make our cell phones, medicines, cheap plastic crap that we buy from end-caps in stores, and cheap clothing.
This country spent most of the 20th century eradicating or mitigating most diseases that had plagued mankind for centuries. Then, our enlightened ivy league leadership let those diseases walk back across our southern border so we have to start over again. Common sense might become common again. Maybe.
