Looked it up, “The Sandra Bernhard Experience” in 2001. I think it lasted a week. A month at most.

Only watched about 2 minutes of it when I happened to come across it one night.

I only know her from a bad scifi movie with Laura San Giacomo as some weird character/apparition.
